Before planting seeds, you should create conditions for your plants to grow well. To this end, you need to till the soil or, in other words, loosen and mix it. In well-tilled soil, the roots of the plants will spread quickly and find enough nutrients for them. Tiller helps the gardener aerate the soil and break up the ground for planting.

Electric tillers make the whole process easier. This equipment is made with rotating steel blades to loosen compacted soils. It is also good at pulling weeds and mixing fertilizer into the soil.

A tiller is often called a cultivator. However, there is a difference you should be aware of.

  • A tiller breaks up hard pieces of ground and handles even rocky soil, whereas a cultivator is mainly intended for mixing loose soil.
  • Tillers are heavy-duty machines that can be used to create a new garden plot when cultivators are ideal for working compost or fertilizer into the soil and breaking up weeds and grasses.

The electric tiller works through almost any type of soil and can even cope with small rocks. The machine features a powerful 13.5-Amp copper motor producing 380 revolutions per minute (RPM), and has six extra thickened steel blades, each with four soil tilling blades.

Suitable for tilling large areas, it has an adjustable 11"-16" width and tilling depth of 8 inches

Testing & Customers Reviews

Here are the reviews from YouTube bloggers who tested the sunbed creams and have found them effective and worth buying.

tonytypes: "Today we're going to be reviewing the Sun Joe electric tiller. This is the TJ604E. It's a 16 inc wide electric tiller.

It is corded, so, it's not cordless. It's not a battery powered and it's not gas powered. One of the beauties of having a cord design or tiller is that you can just use it non-stop, you don't have to worry about smelly fumes, filling up with gas or mixing any kind of fuel. And also, compared to cordless, you don't have to worry about your battery running low, if you're doing like a big yard.

So, basically i already did this part a little bit and my first time using it actually very easy. The reason, why i went to the tiller is to go my yard you can see the grass. It's not even really grass. It's just weeds and no matter how much i water it, it doesn't grow. I put seeds and it doesn't grow it just gets really weedy. You get a bunch of these little right here growing all over the place. And i tried doing with a shovel, but five years it's just looking like this it never grows uh nice and green.

So, i just want to take this little thing and just clean up my whole yard get rid of all this top layer and then cultivate it till it up and then just regrow with grass and make it look nice five years is a very long time. Trying to do this with a shovel and stuff it just doesn't work.

This device here the Sun Joe tiller and cultivator does an awesome job, super easy. And i would highly recommend it for anyone, who just looking to do some yard work some do-it-yourself stuff, because the beauty of being a homeowner is being able to work on your own house do your own yard work and save some money. And get it the way that you want it to look."

SeidelRanch Reviews: "So, i was cleaning out the garage and this was in there. And i had to make a video about this Greenworks Corded Tiller. We've had this about five years. Now we use it to till up the flower beds a small garden that w used to have. And it is electric with an electric cord, but for around the house this thing does awesome and it has been running strong for the last five years no problems. Totally recommend it.

If you're looking for a small cultivator, or tiller for flower beds, or for a small garden in your backyard and you have electricity around where you can plug, it in this thing just saves the back tremendously.

So, like i said, it's five years old still going strong no issues, no complaints. Would i buy it again? Absolutely."
